We only require:

• First & last names of baby and parents

• Baby’s date of birth

No additional information is required.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Once payment is made and the service process has started, NO REFUND is provided after 24 hours.

• Terms related to the specific service are also shared personally with the client on WhatsApp.

Delivery

• Reports or name suggestions are shared digitally via WhatsApp or email.

• Timelines depend on the selected service plan.
